Wise Essential Wild Yam and Progesterone Cream Directions

Gently rub twice daily 1/4 to 3/4 tsp. on clean skin to: face, belly, thighs, or wrists. Use day 14 to 27 during menstrual cycle. Non-menstruating women use 1/8 to 1/2 tsp. any 3 weeks monthly. Best results after 3 to 4 months.

 

Do not use with other progesterones or progestins. Self adjust to your needs.

Ingredients: Purified water, wild yam extract, polyacrylamide/isoparraffin, laureth-7, emulsifying wax, C12-15 alkyl benzoate, glyceryl stearate/PEG-100 stearate, USP progesterone (from wild yam), cholesterol, chaste tree berry extract (vitex), glycerin, jojoba oil, squalane, allantoin, water/phosphlipids, retinyl palmitate, ascorbyl palmitate, d-alpha tocopherol, (liposomes of vitamins A, C & E), extracts of dong quai, black cohosh, grapefruit seed extract, sorbic acid.
