Easy to use...
I used to do the liquid, it's a great internal deoderant and alkalizer. The capsules are so much easier, no worries about staining etc...

experimenting to see
i am experimenting with this product to see if it can really help with the "chicken soup" smell when i sweat. i run everyday and teach "Spinning" and need to not be offensive to others in class....... it seems to be working but the progress is slow.

I bought this for my husband with a few other items. Within a few days his energy level skyrocketed. We were not sure which product gave him so much energy so we eliminated everything for a couple of days, then tried each one. After taking this product, (mega chlorophyll 100 mg) his energy level went right back up. I wish this product came in a veggie caps so I can get in on the fun.

This is a good product to help your body and blood if you don't eat a lot of vegetables.
