Love this stuff I have been using Extreme Nos for about 8 months. I get such great workouts with this stuff it's amazing. I only drink 1/2 the bottle before my workout because of the amout of caffeen in it. A whole bottle is just to much for me. The grape is really good, with a light taste to it. It's not heavy syrup. I'm not sure about the rest of the ingrediants and how they are suppose to work. What I do know is that about 15 min after I drink it I'm ready and focused on my workout. It goes well with some hard rock on my mp3. December 7, 2008

LOVE THIS STUFF I work out 5-6 days a week. I LOVE this stuff it keeps me pumped up and energetic during my entire workout. This is the best price I have been able to find anywhere. The only draw back is they dont have the Blue Raspberry Flavor. If you are reading this review please put in a request for the Blue Raspberry so they get it ordered! August 22, 2008
