Worthington Vegetable Skallops® -- 1.4 lbs
I've been vegetarian all my life, so, I grew up on this stuff (Worthington Foods and Loma Linda). There are only a few that are staples in my pantry and this is one of them. I can even use them for Low Carb WOE. I bread them in a mix of parmesan cheese/almond flour and Italian spices. Dip in egg, then throw them all in the bag of "breading mix" - shake them up and fry them in coconut oil. I make a dipping sauce out of mayo and dill pickles. Excellent. Even the meat eaters are hovering over me waiting to take them off the plate as fast as they come out of the skillet! They are really THAT good!

Great source of protein!
I have a vegetarian family so we are always looking for great veggie products that supply protein. My family loves this product breaded and sauteed. It has a mild flavor and a "meaty" texture. It takes on the flavor of whatever sauce you use with it but we love it plain.
