More than nutritional value...
5-cup (Blentec) blender of protein shake (1 scoop Optimum Nutrition French vanilla protein powder, 2 scoops Jarrow's Formula creatine powder, TJ's frozen blueberries, TJ's frozen pineapple, TJ's frozen mango, 1 small apple, Frontier powders (vegetable yeast, spirulina, beet juice, wheat grass), 1 teaspoon Chai spices (Simply Organic/Frontier, made up from equal parts cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cardamom, combined in a jar and measured out 1 tsp)
Blentec processes smoothie with an option suited for this consistency, almost 1 minute. Less wattage will take longer.
Divide into 3rds, placing 2/3 into separate cups. Refrigerate the cups for a few hours. When next you choose to eat, it will be of pudding consistency. Anytime you want to make something like pudding, add Chia seeds, blending and waiting for it to set.
