Centuries ago, Aztec warriors used "xia" seeds (pronounced "chia") to survive during long journeys. Today Xiomega3 brings "xia" as a rich source of omega-3 fiber.
Suggested Use: Mix 2-3 tablespoons into a favorite bread dough before baking or add to a hot breakfast cereal. Stir into a soft pudding or sauce for a hearty addition to a favorite food. Store tightly closed in a dry place.
