Mild Cinnamony Taste I was expecting a blow-out strong cinnamon flavor, but it's nice and pleasant. Yes, it has fluoride, but it's not as strong and weird tasting as the commercial fluoride toothpaste. It also has xylitol which makes my teeth feel squeaky clean. I like it that it no animal ingredients which is a major plus for me. March 7, 2013

Adults and children 2 years of age and older:

Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or doctor.
Instruct children under 6 years of age in good brushing and rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing).
Supervise children as necessary until capable of using with supervision.
Children under 2 years of age: Consult a dentist or doctor.

Ingredients: Active Ingredient Sodium Flouride 0.243% (w/w)

Inactive ingredients Aqua (purified water), xylitol, silica, vegetable glycerin, sorbitol, cellulose gum, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, aloe vera, calcium glycerophophate, natural cinnamon flavor, sodium benzoate, stevea, titanium dioxide xanthan gum.
