Xlear XyloSweet -- 1 lb
A good way to avoid extra carbohydrates
Xlear Xylosweet has a low glycemic index, so is an excellent way to sweeten without the insulin spikes that regular sugar or corn syrup solids can do. It is also better for the teeth.

I didn't like stevia. this one does it for me & it's low glycemic. I read a lot about it before buying and I am very pleased with it.

Really tastes like sugar!
This really tastes like sugar to me with not weird aftertaste and is ok in moderation on a candida diet since it does not feed the fungus. My only complaint is that sometimes it is hard to dissolve than regular sugar but I think that is just how the product is. I have used it in coffee, in cookies, muffins and it had been great. Tip: build up to using a lot and do not use in large amounts as the only sweetener. Honey and pure liquid stevia have worked well for in baking. Start with no more that 2 tbsp. for your first time. If you don't you will spend a lot time in the bathroom

Xylosweet is the closest product I've found to replace the flavor of sugar.I've found you can us a little less that equal replacement and get the same sweet flavor. Be cautious to gradually switch portions when using as sweetener for cooking and volume sweetening could cause diarrhea, but gradual replacement works very well.
I love this product and would recommend it to my friends.
