Fruity yet grownup
I love this perfume! It smells amazing. When I first tried it on, I thought I had grabbed another by the same brand, and I was quite surprised. I thought, "Wow, much better than I remembered." I think it is possibly my favorite perfume I have ever owned, scent-wise.
I find it to be fruity and sweet, yet also sexy. (It’s adult-appropriate, not immature or something you'd find in a kids' makeup play kit or a tweens shopping mall boutique--at least for me, as I am small, sporty, but also intense and serious!! It’s perfect for my combo. I have trouble finding good products that are not either too sophisticated for me to pull off, nor too lightweight/casual for me to manage.)
It has a bit of a bite or spice to it that keeps it from being too syrupy sweet or saccharine/silly. It does not seem too childish to me. It reminded me of the scent of that pink bubblegum that is sold in the individual wrappers. The only draw back is that it seems to fade incredibly quickly--possibly within the hour. I wore it on my wrists to a movie in the theater, and halfway through, could not detect the scent. I thought it might be because I had my jacket sleeves on over the perfume, but afterwards, I could not detect it either. The movie was more than 2 hours long, so the time between applying and leaving theater was possibly three hours. Later, I noticed it faded within a few hours again. I still think it's worth it, as the monetary value is good, the roll-on feature and size of the bottle are super-convenient (could be taken along in purse or pocket or jacket pocket, or would work equally well for traveling), and the natural ingredients are a huge plus! :) Thanks, Vitacost! :)
