Great Stuff! I was looking for a product that did not contain huge amounts of unnecessary additives. I was specifically looking for one with apple pectin, psyllium seed husks and oat bran.I have been using this product for several years now and am still very pleased with it. The results are not abrupt. I recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality fiber source. And it does not taste bad and it's texture is not gelatinous and disgusting. It won't gag you as you drink it. :) February 17, 2009

Yerba Prima Daily Fiber Formula Orange Directions

Adults and children over 12: 1 rounded tablespoon, 1 to 3 times a day.

Children 6 - 12: 1 rounded teaspoon, 1 to 3 times a day. See directions. Can be used with or between meals. Start by taking 1 serving each day. Gradually increase to 3 servings per day if needed. Stir powder briskly into at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water. Drink immediately. Drinking additional liquid is helpful. If minor gas or bloating occurs, reduce the amount you take until your system adjusts.

Keep tightly closed to protect from humidity.
