"Didn't really notice any improvement drinking 3 cups daily. The taste is OK but I think yogi makes some MUCH better flavors..."

"the taste isnt my favorite, but after i doctor it with some honey n lemon, its better. i am not sure if the benefits are everything it claims but i drink a ton of tea and workout everyday and im not sore anymore so i guess it does work!"
