Delicious and Soothing I've been drinking a cup or two of this tea in the afternoons, and occasionally before bedtime. It has a light, almost fruity flavor, and it does seems to ease minor tension - I'm not sure if it's because of the tea itself, or because it reminds me to relax, but either way, I love it! For best tea infusion, pour 8 oz boiling water over one Calming tea bag and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. For a stronger effect, use 2 tea bags. Squeeze each tea bag to fully release the active ingredients. Drink as needed to relieve stress. As an alternative, serve warm or chilled with fruit juice.
