A Good Product
I mix it in w/ yogurt every day. Tastes okay and has a lof of micronutrients you don't find in other supplements.

Great Product
I love taking bee pollen. It is considered a superfood and it has alot of great properties to it. I notice a difference when I take it. It gives me energy and the nourishment i need especially when i haven't had much to eat yet for the day. You can take it plain or even put it in a smoothie. Vitacost has a great price on it and i will continue to order this from them!

I have used it now for about 2 weeks. & It tastes fine & seems to be doing the trick but awaiting further results. If you need for it to dissolve my tip is to put it in water & just let it sit for a few minutes & it will desolve enough to drink. I put mine into my smoothie every morning.
