excellent flavor
Adds a lot of flavor as well as sweetness to baked goods, beverages, cereal, just about anything. Best wildflower honey I have ever used.

Smooth & Velvety flavor - Not sure if it's organic
Says it's from Organic Bee Farms, but this honey is not organic - it says so on their website. Other than that, the flavor is smooth and rich - not as robust as clover honey or as sweet tasting - has more of a mellow relaxed honey flavor. Also, it's less sticky - meaning it mixes easier in beverages.
