Great cough syrup ingredient
I grow my own Elderberries, and make a tincture out of them - then I add these Propolis drops, raw honey, raw apple cider vinegar, and a few other herbs - like Mullein. It makes a great cough syrup that's good for you, not full of sugar and flavorings.
Be sure not to use if you are sensitive to Bee products!

Not easy to use
A tincture is typically an alcohol-based non-viscous liquid. This is very thick & sticks to the cup that I mix all my tinctures in, sticks to my teeth & doesn't get where it's supposed to easily. It's so thick that the dropper does not function properly as a dispenser.
