Tastes like cough syrup I have to be honest and say that I cannot tell if this has worked or not. I have off and on taken Glucosamine in pill form and never noticed any difference in my joints, recovery, etc. I sort of think this one might be working better, but the taste is so unpleasant to me (almost induces gag reaction--but I have that with cough syprup as well) that I am not going to buy it again. Will see if there is another form! April 12, 2013
