Easiest size to pour into a smoothie
Taste is adequate, but lacks the crispness or other brands. If I can't find another brand, I'll drink it, but this brand is better diluting something else.

Love it!!!
This is very hydrating and nourishing. It does not have the chemicals and sugar commonly in sports drinks. It gives the body what it needs to replenish itself after hot workouts, hikes or anytime you feel a bit dehydrated.
