Banana Chia Pudding

Banana Chia Pudding

Serves 1

1 banana
1 cup of coconut milk or almond milk
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon


1. Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.

2. Refrigerate pudding for at least an hour before serving.
