Ingredients
1 head of broccoli, finely chopped or riced
2 avocados
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. cumin
Pinch of sea salt
Cayenne pepper, to taste
Juice of 1 small-medium lemon
Juice of 1 lime
Toasted pepitas (pumpkin seeds), optional
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until fully incorporated but still chunky.
- Serve immediately.
