Chia-Dijon Vinaigrette
Ingredients
¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
½ cup green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
Freshly ground black pepper, optional, to taste
