Gluten-Free Pear Cranberry Crisp

Cranberries often shine in salads and side dishes, but now they have a chance to steal the spotlight during dessert, too! This pear cranberry crisp offers a sugary, crunchy crust nestled above a fruity filling that combines the tart flavor of cranberries and the sweet, buttery taste of pears. Easy to assemble, quick to make (takes only about 40 minutes from start to finish) and undeniably delicious, this dish deserves a spot on your dessert table.
