Look no further – we’ve got you covered with delicious, easy-to-make kebabs and a simple dipping sauce. It’s the perfect way to switch up the flavors of summer and great for the whole family. Kebab Skewers
1.5 lbs. chicken thighs, trimmed of excess fat and cut into 1”cubes
3 Tbsp. Taste of Greece seasoning
1 lb. white pearl onions
5 yellow bell peppers
3 medium-sized zucchinis
Tzatziki Dipping Sauce
1-1/2 cups unsweetened Greek yogurt
3 Tbsp. Taste of Greece seasoning
1 lemon
Directions
- In small mixing bowl, coat chicken with seasoning.
- On cutting board, slice veggies into cubes.
- Working in a pattern, load skewers: bell pepper, chicken, onion, zucchini; repeat.
- On medium-heat grill, layer skewers. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping at the halfway mark.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine seasoning, Greek yogurt and juice from lemon. Stir to combine.
- Remove skewers and serve with dipping sauce.
