Guilt-Free Banana Ice Cream

Fabulousness on a cone comes guilt free with this raw and vegan chilly treat, made with 100% nutritious, delicious and natural ingredients. No fancy ice cream maker required—just blend everything in your food processor and let the licking begin!

Homemade Banana Ice Cream

 

Ingredients

5 frozen bananas
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 tbsp agave nectar
1 cup shredded coconut
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp of almond butter
Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Place the frozen bananas in food processor and pulse until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and pulse again for 30 seconds to a minute.
  3. Eat right away or place in the freezer for up to two hours.
