If you’ve never tried your hand at homemade jam, now’s the perfect time! Unlike other methods, this simple process doesn’t involve a water bath or other complicated canning steps. Thanks to chia seeds – which absorb over 10 times their weight in liquid to create a jelly-like consistency – you’ll be spreading on a fresh, fruity topping in no time. Plus, this paleo-friendly recipe calls for fruit juice and honey (not refined white sugar!) for a natural sweetness you can feel good about bringing to your breakfast table.Pomegrante Jam in Small Jar Next to Open Pomegrantes | Vitacost Blog
