Cloud bread, also known as oopsie bread, is made with only five ingredients and is keto friendly and gluten-free. Just one bite and you’ll understand how these soft, airy rounds earned their delicate name. Top them with your favorite spread (like this homemade hemp seed butter), dip them into white bean hummus, make a classic sandwich or snack on them plain for an anytime slice of heaven.

Keto Cloud Bread (Gluten-Free & Dairy Free)

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Using an electric mixer, beat egg whites and baking soda until stiff peaks form.

  3. In separate bowl, beat vegan cream cheese, coconut oil, egg yolks and salt until smooth.

  4. Using spatula, carefully fold egg whites into cream cheese mixture.

  5. Scoop mixture into six even discs on baking sheet. Bake 22 to 25 minutes, until golden.
