Need a gift for a friend, family member, co-worker or teacher? This recipe involves 3 simple ingredients that you might already have on hand. (Plus, it smells absolutely divine!)

Homemade Peppermint Sugar Scrub Gift in Mason Jar | scrubs are a perfect gift for both men and women, young and old. They can be used on feet, hands, face and body — to refresh, renew and give the skin a warm, radiant glow. This simple recipe includes sugar to exfoliate, coconut oil to hydrate and peppermint oil to awaken the senses.

  1. Gather up some glass jars. I got mine in the canning section of the local grocery store (they even came with cute label stickers!).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the sugar and melted coconut oil.
  3. Add a few drops of peppermint essential oil to give it that wonderful, refreshing scent.
  4. Scoop the mixture into each jar, affix the label and tie a simple bow.

Voila, the perfect gift! Don’t forget to set aside one for yourself. After all, you deserve a little pampering, too!
