If you’ve ever eaten Indian food, you’re probably familiar with green chutney. Traditionally, the popular and versatile condiment is made from a mixture of cilantro, lemon, chilies and coriander. This version doesn’t quite follow suit; instead, it offers an exciting twist to the conventional ingredients. Jalapenos, fresh lime juice, turmeric and cumin give this chutney spice, while mint leaves add a refreshing zing of flavor.
