by | Updated: March 1st, 2019 | Read time: 1 minute

Cowboy caviar, also known as Texas caviar, originated about 80 years ago and is considered a classic Tex-Mex party appetizer. A mixture of fresh, wholesome ingredients and a zesty dressing, it’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser, especially when served with homemade tortilla chips. This version features sugar-free apple cider vinaigrette and roasted pumpkin seeds for extra crunch. Grab your horse and Stetson and bring this dip to your next party or potluck.
