Whole Grain & Seed Cinnamon Spice Bread

Ever find one little treasure and instantly feel inspired to create something bigger? That’s how this no-fuss whole grain loaf was born. Inspired by a bag of raw pumpkin seeds, I decided it was time we all had a bread recipe that actually didn’t take that much time.

30-Minute Whole Wheat Bread Recipe


3 cups oat flour
½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
½ tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp. ground ginger
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
½ cup honey
¼ cup water


  1. In a food processor or blender, pulse pumpkin seeds into a flour-like consistency.
  2. In a large bowl, combine blended seeds, oat flour, spices, salt and baking powder
  3. Whisk in eggs, honey and water. This will form a thick dough.
  4. Plop the dough into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Top with oats and raw pumpkin seeds and bake at 350 F for approximately 30 minutes.
