Paleo Salmon Cakes with Garlic-Dill Sauce

Garlic-dill sauce
  1. In large bowl, mix together salmon, bell pepper, almond flour, eggs, green onion, garlic powder, dill, basil, salt and pepper. Form into 8 patties, about 1/2”-thick each.
  2. In large frying pan over medium heat, heat avocado oil. In batches, fry salmon cakes 4 to 5 minutes each side, until browned. Drain on paper towel, if needed.
  3. While salmon cakes are cooling, mix together sauce ingredients. To serve, top cakes with sauce.
