Directions
Gluten Free Pancakes - You'll Need
Bakes: Sixteen 4" Pancakes

Whisk together eggs, butter or oil, and milk. Whisk in mix. Allow batter to sit for 10 minutes to thicken.

Preheat griddle to medium (350®F).

Scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto lightly greased griddle.

Cook 1-2 minutes, until bubbles form on top and bottom is golden brown.

Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes more. Serve hot, with butter and syrup.
*To make Non-Dairy: Use oil and rice, soy, or almond milk.
For Waffles: Prepare batter as directed. Make according to waffle iron instructions.
Baker's Tip: For a half batch: Make batter as directed, using 1-1/3 cup mix, 1 large egg, 3 tablespoons melted butter or 2 tablespoons oil, and 1 cup milk.

Chocolate-Banana Protein Pancakes
If you weren’t a morning person before, these 15-minute banana-chocolate treats might help change that. Each warm, fluffy disc is boosted with bone broth protein powder and nutritious chia seeds to give you the power you need to conquer the day. No other breakfast stacks up.
Chocolate-Banana Protein Pancakes
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 1 banana (mashed)
- 4 Tbsp. almond milk
- 2 Tbsp. pancake flour
- 2 scoops Ancient Nutrition Bone Broth Protein (Chocolate)
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds (ground)
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- In large mixing bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
- In separate bowl, combine egg, banana and almond milk.
- Gently pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, mixing with a rubber spatula until just combined. Do not over-mix.
- Heat large skillet over medium heat; coat with cooking spray. Working in batches, pour 1?4-cup rounds of batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles appear on surface, about 3 minutes. Flip with spatula; continue cooking 2 to 3 minutes.
