Lemon-Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • 16 oz. Brussels sprouts, (cut in half and ends trimmed)
  • 1 lemon, (sliced)
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon-infused olive oil
  • ½ tsp. dried basil
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with oil and spices.
  3. Arrange sprouts in single layer on baking pan with lemon slices.
  4. Roast 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
