Lemon-Roasted Brussels Sprouts
- 16 oz. Brussels sprouts, (cut in half and ends trimmed)
- 1 lemon, (sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon-infused olive oil
- ½ tsp. dried basil
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with oil and spices.
- Arrange sprouts in single layer on baking pan with lemon slices.
- Roast 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
