DIY Anti-Inflammatory Bath Bombs
Ingredients
- 1 cup baking soda
 - ½ cup Epsom salt
 - ½ cup arrowroot starch or corn starch if not allergic
 - 1 tsp. turmeric powder
 - Juice from 2 lemons (natural effervescent, don’t omit)
 - 3 Tbsp. liquid coconut oil
 - 1 Tbsp. room temp water
 - 1-2 tsp. lemon essential oil or your favorite scent
 
Tools you’ll need:
- A large glass or metal bowl
 - Blender
 - Spoon
 - Wire whisk
 - 12 silicon molds or a silicone cupcake mold
 
Instructions
- 
										In large bowl, whisk the dry ingredients until no clumps remain.

										In blend, combine lemon juice, water, oil, and essential oil to emulsify.
 - 
										Slowly pour in the wet mixture into the dry mixture, stirring constantly to prevent clumping.
 - 
										Working quickly, spoon the mixture into silicone molds and let sit in a cool, dry place for 12-18 hours or until completely dry. It may take up to 24 hours.
 - 
										To use, simply pop a mold out, add it to warm bath water and enjoy!
