					Ingredients
Donuts
- 1-¼ cup King Arthur Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour
 - ½ cup cane sugar
 - 1 cup non-dairy unsweetened milk
 - 1 tsp. baking powder
 - ¼ tsp. baking soda
 - 1 Tbsp. light-tasting olive oil or avocado oil
 - 1 tsp. vanilla extract
 - ¼ tsp. salt
 - 6 fresh blackberries, chopped
 - 1 large egg

Glaze
- ½ cup fresh blackberries
 - 1 Tbsp. cane sugar
 - 3 Tbsp. water
 - 1 cup. powdered sugar
 - 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
Donuts
-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease donut pan.
 -
In large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
 -
In medium bowl, combine milk, oil, vanilla and egg and whisk until smooth.
 -
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and use a large spoon to gently combine. Fold in blackberries. Pour into donut pan.
 -
Bake for 15-17 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool donuts in pan for 5 minutes, then flip onto cooling rack until they’re room temperature.

Glaze
-
In small saucepan, combine blackberries, sugar and water and bring to simmer. As blackberries soften, mash to release juices for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
 -

Strain blackberries through mesh sieve and pour remaining juice into medium mixing bowl.
 -

Add powdered sugar and melted butter and whisk until smooth.
 -
Once completely cooled, dip the tops of each donut into glaze and return to cooling rack so excess glaze can drip off before serving.
