Ingredients
  • 1-½ cups mango sliced
  • ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla coconut yogurt
  • ¼ cup unsweetened oat milk or nondairy milk of choice
  • 1-2 tsp. honey or maple syrup
  • Dash cardamom
  • Dash cinnamon
  • Mint leaves for garnish, optional
Instructions
  1. In blender, blend mango, yogurt, milk and spices.
  2. Sweeten to taste with honey and blend again.
  3. Pour into serving glasses and garnish with mint.
