  1. Prepare rice according to instructions on package.
  2. In mason jar, glass or small bowl, add puréed berries, chia seeds, coconut milk, stevia and 1/2 cup rice; Mix together.
  3. Chill in refrigerator 20 minutes or overnight, garnish with berries and granola, if desired.
