Buffalo Chicken Dip in a Bread Bowl

Ingredients
  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 3 sprigs green onions
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese room temp
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven or grill to 400 degrees F.
  2. To large bowl, add cream cheese, hot sauce and mayonnaise. Mix well until smooth. Add chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese and pepper. Combine well.
  3. Slice off top one quarter of bread. Scoop out inside and discard. Fill bread with chicken mixture. Top with green onions.
  4. Create foil boat. Place foil around bottom half of bread, folding in all sides. Place onto baking tray, cover bread with top half and place in oven or grill. Bake for 25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove top half of bread and broil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
