Ingredients

cup
fresh or frozen cranberries
1
whole orange
sliced
2-inch
piece
fresh ginger
sliced
2-3
sprigs
fresh rosemary

cardamom pods

whole star anise

whole nutmeg

cinnamon sticks

whole cloves
Instructions
Fill large saucepan or stock pot with water and add all ingredients.
On stovetop over low heat, bring to gentle simmer for as long as desired, topping up with additional water as needed. (Note: Do not leave unattended.)
