Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Swirl Nice Cream with Raw-nola

Ingredients
Raw-nola
Banana layer
  • 2-1/2 frozen ripe bananas
  • ½ medjool date
  • Dash cinnamon
Chocolate peanut butter layer
Instructions
  1. In blender or food processer, combine all raw-nola ingredients. Blend or pulse until crumbly. Spoon into bowl and set aside. If using blender, rinse before next step.
  2. In high-speed blender, combine banana layer ingredients. Blend until smooth, using tamper to push down sides of blender. Spoon into bowl and set aside.
  3. In blender (no need to rinse!), add all chocolate peanut butter layer ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  4. In bowl or mason jar, alternate layers of banana, raw-nola and chocolate peanut butter. Drizzle peanut butter on top (if desired) and sprinkle on remaining raw-nola. Serve immediately.
