Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup kosher salt
  • 1 large watermelon cubed
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp. lime zest
Instructions
  1. Slice watermelon and remove skin.
  2. Cut the watermelon into 1-in. cubes and set aside.
  3. In small bowl, combine salt, lemon and lime zest.
  4. Sprinkle on top of cubed watermelon.
