Citrus Smoothie Bowl with Spinach and Cauliflower

Smoothie bowls

large oranges

small avocado

frozen cauliflower

frozen bananas
2
cups
spinach
½
tsp.
vanilla extract
½
cup
orange juice
1
date
optional
Ice
as needed
Toppings
Granola
Coconut flakes
Sliced fruit
Instructions
In blender, combine all ingredients. Process until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Add more ice if needed.
Transfer to two serving bowls. Top with granola, coconut flakes and sliced fresh fruit.
