  2. Slice fennel bulbs lengthwise in halves or quarters.
  3. On baking sheet, place fennel and drizzle generously with avocado oil. Evenly sprinkle with salt, pepper, turmeric and mustard.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until desired crispiness is reached.
