Ingredients
  • 1 cup Greek or coconut yogurt plain
  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or thawed from frozen
  • 1/2 cup strawberries fresh or thawed from frozen
  • 1 banana ripe
Optional: 1 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
Instructions
  1. In food processor, blend ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into ramekins or small freezer-safe containers.
  3. Freeze 4-6 hours or until set.
  4. Store frozen in airtight containers.
