  1. Thoroughly coat tuna with seasoning. Using plastic wrap, loosely wrap tuna and refrigerate for 2 hours. 

  2. In large nonstick pan over high, heat oil and cook tuna for approximately 2 minutes per side. 

  3. Remove from heat and cool. Cutting against the grain, slice tuna into steaks. Serve with soy sauce.
