Aperol Spritz Mocktail
Instructions
  1. In large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, yeast and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add eggs, butter, and red food coloring. Mix until smooth.
  3. Gradually add bread flour, cocoa powder and salt. Mix until dough forms.
  4. Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise for 60-90 minutes, or until doubled in size.
  6. Roll out dough into rectangle. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Roll tightly into log and cut into even rolls.
  8. Place rolls in greased baking dish, cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Spread generously with cream cheese frosting while warm.
Mocktail Instructions
  1. Pour Apero Spritz into glass filled with ice.

  2. Top with cranberry juice and stir gently.
  3. Serve and enjoy
