Ingredients
Instructions
  1. In food processor, add cheese, flour, butter and salt. Pulse ingredients together until well incorporated. If dough is dry add 1-2 tablespoons cold water until dough comes together and doesn't look dry anymore.
  2. Cool dough in fridge for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Roll dough on parchment paper or floured surface to ⅛-inch thickness. Using goldfish cookie cutter, create crackers. Add goldfish to baking tray and sprinkle with sea salt.
  5. Bake 10-14 minutes or until goldfish bottoms are slightly browned.
  6. Store in ziplock bag or airtight container for 4-5 days.
