Excluding puffed rice, combine crust ingredients in a saucepan and cook until sugar melts. Remove from heat, then add rice cereal and mix well.
Press mixture into prepared dish. Chill 25 minutes in refrigerator.
Bloom agar or gelatin.
In food processor or kitchen mixer, add cream cheese, sour cream, coconut cream, passion fruit nectar, gelatin, vanilla, lime zest and powdered sugar. Mix until well combined and smooth.
Pour mixture on crust and smooth. Chill overnight for 6-12 hours.
Top with passion fruit jam and coconut flakes.
Recipe Notes
Add ⅛ tsp. cardamom to the filling for more flavor.
Instead of rice puffs you can use oats, cookie crust etc.
