Homemade Herbed Vegan Cream “Cheese”

Instructions
  1. Scoop full-fat coconut milk from can into bowl. Whisk with coconut yogurt, salt and herbs de Provence.
  2. Chill in fridge at least 2 hours and up to overnight to thicken to cream cheese consistency.
  3. To serve, spread on toast, bagels or crackers and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
