Buffalo Hummus
  1. In food processor or blender, combine all hummus ingredients until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. If mixture is too thick, add water by the tablespoon to thin. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  2. Spread desired amount of buffalo hummus on each slice of toast.
  3. Gently fan out sliced avocado on each slice.
  4. Top toast with ranch and green onions or chives. Season to taste.

  • If you’ve got time, make your own homemade vegan ranch dressing.
