In large bowl, add 1 tsp. of oil, 1 tsp. of salt, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix well to combine.

Add fox nuts to bowl and toss until they are well coated with spice mix.

Heat large wok over medium heat and add 1 tsp. of oil.

Once oil is heated, add spiced mixture to the wok.

Cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring every 2-3 minutes, until fox nuts are crispy.

In large bowl, add remaining oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder along with nutritional yeast. Mix well to combine the spice mixture.

Add cooked fox nuts and mix well to combine.

Serve immediately or store in airtight container for up to 7 days.
