Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In bowl, whisk together mayo, lemon juice and red pepper flakes. Mix in remaining ingredients, excluding ghee, bread and cheese.
  3. Spread ghee on one side of each bread slice and top with desired amount of cheese.
  4. Top two slices with tuna mixture, then remaining bread.
  5. Bake until cheese is melted, 6 to 8 minutes.
